For those mornings when you just don’t have time to eat breakfast, here’s what you do. Overnight Oats 1/4 cup dry oats 1/3 cup almond milk 1/2 cup low fat greek yogurt (I used vanilla) 1 and 1/2 tsp chia seeds 1/2 banana 1 cup blueberries and blackberries Directions: Mix all of the ingredients above in a mason jar or a bowl.
