This is the weird contraption that I’m currently using on my foot to help me get a better arch in my foot. It’s a foot stretcher that gymnasts and ballerinas use! Got it on Amazon! I see mini baby progress in my pointed feet, but I think it will take over a year to see any dramatic difference. Oh well! A little a day! And in case you’re wondering if you need to do this, no you don’t. This is a deep flexibility thing I’m doing for my feet. My own personal obsession with pointing my toes better for Pilates. That is all. You could call this my quirky hobby
